Christian idolatry is discouraged by Archbishop Charles Agyinasare of the Perez Chapel International.
He asserted that it was impossible to worship idols while claiming to be a Christian.
The warning was delivered by the Archbishop during a sermon delivered on Sunday at the Perez Chapel International in Dzorwulu.
He delivered a sermon on the subject of “Powers from the Other Side,” which was a segment of his sermon for the month of July with the theme “Who rules the Cosmic World”
He defined idolatry or idol worship as the act of honouring things that are thought to have supernatural abilities.
The Archbishop advised Christians to resist pressure from society and family to commit immoral activities.
He frequently stated that some Christians were tricked into worshipping idols.
