Education’s importance in fostering a nation’s development cannot be disputed.
Success, according to the sages, is mostly determined by education. The Fourth Republican Constitution of Ghana, adopted in 1992, and the Children’s Act of Ghana, passed in 1998 (Act 560), both affirmed the right of every Ghanaian child to access a high-quality basic education as a fundamental human right.
