On Friday, December 24, police from Ajumako in the Central Region recovered the body of a man in his early 60s from the jungle in Ajumako Eshiem.

The corpse was discovered in the jungle, supine and undamaged. Mr. Andam went hunting with two younger brothers on Thursday, December 23, and did not come home with them in the afternoon, according to neighbors.

They said that at 1800 hours, the family were concerned since he had been out so late.

The corpse of the deceased, along with the two brothers, was discovered on Friday morning after a complaint was filed with the Ajumako Police Divisional Command. Andam’s relics were buried.

Even though some of the residents suspect foul play, the police is yet to make any arrest.
