The $56.8 million National Affordable Housing Project and the Revised Redevelopment Scheme, which have not yet received parliamentary approval, have been questioned by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Minority.
EPC/Turnkey contract for the housing project has been made between Ghana and Douja Promotion Groupe Addoha.
Speaking to the Parliamentary Press Corps on Tuesday, Mr. Vincent Oppong Asamoah, the ranking member of the House’s Works and Housing Committee and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) representative for Dormaa West, said the Minority had many difficulties with the project.

Therefore, they had made the decision to stay away from the sod-cutting.
