To help them have more precise records to foresee and preserve their finances, farmers have been urged to practise budget planning for their farms.
In order to improve monitoring farm financial performance, Professor Osei-Agyeman Yeboah, Project Coordinator at North Carolina Agriculture and Technical University, encouraged farmers to take advantage of a new era of budgetary planning.
Speaking to the public on the USDA-National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) Centre of Excellence for Global Food Security and Defence project, Professor Yeboah was in the Northern Region’s Karaga District.

Working with 1890 Land Grant Universities including the University of Maryland East Shore and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, the USDA-NIFA project is being carried out.
