On Saturday, August 5, 2023, Miss Health Ghana, Ghana’s top beauty pageant for medical professionals and students, will debut in Accra.
The fifth edition’s theme was “Empowering Girls with Menstrual Cups,” and it included stunning women from many countries competing for the coveted trophy.
This year’s edition of the pageant, according to Madam Gladys Akyere Rockson, Chief Executive Officer of Lamrock Agency, the pageant’s organisers, aims to educate young women about the importance of embracing their periods with dignity and confidence.
“We want to provide students and health professionals with a platform so they can aid in raising awareness of the revolutionary reproductive health initiative. Miss Health Ghana is working to end period poverty this year.
