Shi Yumeing aka Smith, a Chinese national who is believed to be a former boyfriend of Aisha Huang, has been charged with mining without a licence and harbouring a criminal; he has entered a not-guilty plea. En Huang, the alleged galamsey kingpin, is believed to have rented an apartment in Kumasi for her on her illegal re-entry into Ghana in December 2018.
