UG’s Cape Coast Learning Centre equipped with internet facility.

The Cape Coast Learning Centre (UG) of the University of Ghana has undergone renovations and is currently furnished with internet access.
In response to the 2021 Auditor-General’s Report, which stated that the University’s Cape Coast Learning Centre lacked internet access, Mrs. Emelia Agyei-Mensah, Registrar of the UG, informed the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament in Accra that the University has since renovated the Centre and equipped it with internet.
The Cape Coast Learning Centre of the University of Ghana lacks internet access and a library to facilitate research and study, according to the 2021 Auditor-General’s Report.

Additionally, the survey showed that almost all of the UG’s Regional Learning Centres lacked adequate learning facilities, which had an impact on student enrollment.
